Price List
Special conditions:
When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is paid. The balance up to the full price must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival.
The deposit upon registration is € 300. Returns on departure if no damage.
Use of baby cot is on request .
Pet stay is charged 8 € per day.
It is not allowed to hold parties in the accommodation.

Reservation cancellation:
≥ 60 days before arrival - refund of the advance in full
59-21 days before arrival - refund of 50% of the advance payment
≤ 21 days before arrival - advance payment is retained
Calendar
Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
- Up to two dogs are allowed with prior notice. A surcharge of €8 per dog per day applies. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Only registered guests may stay at the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A security deposit of €500 is required and will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
